Put some records on while I pour
I am a huge fan of the holidays. I grew up with a Jewish father and Catholic mother, and we kind of celebrated everything, so December was always a big time in our household - Hanukkah, Christmas, New Year’s… I loved it all! Even as an adult, I still find it such a fun time of year. I like holiday ‘chores’, like baking and wrapping presents, and I love the opportunity to see friends and family.
I also… really like Christmas music! I used to play piano in school, and I loooved practicing holiday music, and while I don’t get to play very much now, I still love listening to a good holiday song! That being said, there is a lot of garbage holiday music out there, and I can see how it can get annoying. So I made a playlist! This is a long playlist, perfect for a party or marathon cookie baking session. It has all the classics, and a few more modern songs as well, and I’ve made sure there aren’t too many repeats, so you don’t have to listen to five different renditions of ‘O Holy Night’ when you’re just trying to have a good time.
